How long have you worked at Preble Street? I’ve been here for 12 years.
What is a favorite memory you have here? When Phil Allen (former Veterans Housing Services manager) announced that the VHS program was going statewide.
What aspect of Preble Street makes you proud to work here? I’m proud of the mission, the reputation, and the way employees are treated.
Anything else you’d like to share? – I took my first social work class at the University of Southern Maine with Preble Street Founder Joe Kreisler 40 years ago. He was quite a man and a wonderful teacher. Because of what he taught me I’ve worked in social services in one role or another ever since. I can’t think of anything I’d rather have done.
