Construction Manager
Preble Street is seeking qualified construction managers to assist the agency with its plans to construct a Food Security Hub. Preble Street is seeking firms that have experience with construction management, design, administrative support, and traditional project delivery methods.
All questions regarding the Request for Proposals and paper copies of the response to the RFP should be directed in writing to Chris Saunders at csaunders@preblestreet.org, Jesse Thompson at jesse@kaplanthompson.com, and Rachel McBrien at rachel@kaplanthompson.com. All questions must be received by February 17, 2023 by 5:00pm.
Deadline for submission no later than March 3, 2023 by 5:00pm.
NOTE: American Rescue Plan is funding this project. Federal Provisions apply to the project, please take notice to these provisions attached to the bid documents.
Preble Street reserves the right to waive all informalities in RFP, to accept any RFP or any portion thereof, or to reject any or all RFPs, should it be deemed in its best interest to do so. Except as otherwise required by law or as specifically provided to the contrary herein, the award of this bid shall be governed by the agency’s finance and accounting policies.
